Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Half day DMZ tour   has an average customer care rating of 4.03 (out of a possible 5). The scores for each parameter are:

Pickup info:

The pick up time will be communicated to you once the booking is confirmed. Our guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby.

The tour, as a whole was VERY RUSHED. We only had 10 minutes here, 15 minutes there before we had to board the bus. Please note that MANY people have heard about the uniqueness of the DMZ and would have liked to enjoy the "experience and actually being there". More time should have being given to enjoy the DMZ area. The tour operators should forego the amethyst shopping as part of the DMZ tour. I wonder what the amethyst shopping had to do with the DMZ tour experience. If people want to go shopping for amethyst, they could have done it on their own time and NOT PART of the DMZ tour. It "stole" valuable time from the DMZ experience.

Our tour operator was very friendly. She was very well-versed with the sites that we visited and we were also able to ask her a lot of things about Korea not just DMZ.
